Postpartum Must Haves

Frida Mom Postpartum Recovery Kit: HANDS DOWN THEEE BEST GIFT TO YOURSELF OR ANOTHER MOM TO BE!! The kit includes cooling pads, healing foam and cooling wipes for your vaj. It also includes a few boyshorts disposable undies to wear. This is literally the best thing I used after delivery and a must for your hospital bag and at home in your bathroom. Depend Silhouette Underwear: Look, no one wants to wear them. However, they are SO MUCH BETTER than the hospital mesh panties that are gross and don’t fit well. These are nearly invisible through leggings and pants. They don’t make noise while you walk like a frickin wind suit. Who wants to sound like that? No one. They are very comfortable, form fitting and perfect to wear with your Frida Mom PP Recovery Kit items and make the PP process more comfortable. Immediately after birth, I was given the hospital mesh panties and Tucks pads and wore them once then transitioned to the Depends once I could get up and walk to the bathroom. Another hospital bag must have! Link Here: https://a.co/d/e1eVvdZ

Postpartum Belly Wrap: Post birth, your stomach and stomach muscles are going to feel so sore and lose. I wore a belly wrap and helped me feel more strong in the core and provided back support. It also helped with my swelling I felt like and kept everything all compact in the stomach and ab area. Link Here: https://a.co/d/gMS5GjC

Nursing Bras: HELLO MILK WAGONS! The clips allow for quick and easy access for baby and convenience. Even if you don’t plan on breastfeeding, these bras are SO COMFY! Link Here: https://a.co/d/hBrGqLO

Postnatal Lactation Support Supplement with Probiotics: Mommy’s Bliss concentrated formula has added LactoSpore blend of probiotics to help support your immunity and digestive health while nursing. They also contain fenugreek, blessed thistle, and milk thistle to help support your milk production/supply. Link Here: https://a.co/d/aTGs21b
